Tonight a Pizza!!!..Thin crust, low fat cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, kale, banana peppers, shrimp and chicken....Yeah yeah yeah under 600 calories. I'm guessing it's the cheese...I gained a pound 198.2😒
197.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
