First day of eating better. Jidori airline chicken breast, Ruby Rows cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and Cyprus salt flakes.
312.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 107.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! It's a great time for tomatoes, even these from the local supermarket. The chicken is plain but juicy (cooked sous vide at 136F for four hours).
