urlaubskilos!!! Obwohl insgesamt über 50000 Schritte in 4 Tagen, aber spätes essen und naschen zwischen durch, was zu dem Urlaub halt auch gehört👋😉👍
149.5 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
