Did OK on the 2 week induction. I wasn't logging in my food, but I mainly ate responsible servings of eggs, fish, greens, radishes, cauliflower, live kraut, olives, mushrooms, olive oil, butter, mayo, garden tomatoes (oops!) a little cream cheese and bacon. Lots of water. Also, began to drink MG water. Next week I will add 1/2 cup homemade l. reuteri yogurt. It was so hot outside that I was able to make it on the back patio.
