Well....so much for that. the scale is just NOT moving. i AM working out a lot though...and I seem to be losing inches...so I guess that's SOMETHING. I have really gotten into doing zumba and walking. I love the calorie burn zumba provides. Going to just keep going. The scale will move sooner or later...I hope.
Hope everyone is doing ok. I've been really busy with school so that has been a main priority. I have been reading blog posts and stuff with the new notification thingy...which I LOVE. =)

I found when i hit stoppage like that i needed to change things up. A new workout or food change then a week later all was well.
