Back on the downward spiral!!! I'm so glad that even with being sick and eating off plan foods that I haven't gained any of that sick weight back. I am back on track and ready to rock and roll! New Years won't be too bad on the plan. We always have Collard greens, pork, rice and black eyed peas. I won't be going out to do any celebrating so I don't have to worry about the alcohol blowing my diet or being loaded with sugar. I know that the peas and rice aren't friendly foods but in SMALL amounts neither of them have stopped me from being in ketosis in the past. It's a family tradition that I'm not quite ready to give up. Next year when I'm rekindling my own family traditions, I will swap up some things and keep the pork and collards and get rid of the rice and peas. I also have gotten everything lined up for my gym membership to be renewed on the 1st. I'm looking forward to getting back on track and this time I will NOT let others talk me out of going and doing what I need to do for me.
