Weirdly enough this really does help...I know that once I started drinking so much water it really cut down on the time I spent "dizzy" and "exhausted", I would stand up and then just sit right back down again. I don't know why it works, I just know that, at least anecdotally, it does help. I ended up having to take meds for the migraines but one pill a day and I only have them 3-4 times a year for a day or so...so much better than 9 months out of 12 and lasting for 2-3 days. But the water really does help me with the headaches and the vertigo and the just generally yucky feeling I get if I don't drink it!

Right being dehydrated will cause it. Being to hydrated can also cause problems did that several yrs ago ended up in the er. Legs felt like jello and the back of my head hurt horribly. NEVER want to do that again. I'm on meds that cause me to dehydrate. I have to have something in my cup at all times, a visual reminder to drink something. As for the vertigo its sinus related. Gave me a steroid to reduce inflammation and a pill for the vertigo. Yes I was told plenty of fluids for I'm taking mucinex on top of. Did this 2 months ago. Wondering if my allergy meds are working. I've had non stop problems since December.

I haven’t had it in a while. It tends to be common among allergy sufferers especially if you have problems with drainage in your ears.
