I find that when I eat I feel full on smaller meals. This means that I am limiting my intake and not overdoing the eating experience. 🤔
215.8 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree, only way I can get my cals up is with more but smaller meals
