Back to my normal routine. Continuing to monitor my intake. I find that my weight fluctuates but I believe I am on a downward spiral weight wise.😮
224.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
