I did it. Made it to “onederland” by the start of the new year! Just 5 sort but very long months!!!BMI from 49.8 to 35.6. 2019 I’ll own you!!!
199.5 lb Lost so far: 78.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
