Stay strong. I've been there so I know how you feel. Don't let negative ppl bring you down. You have lost a lot already so you should be proud of yourself. We all have good days and bad days. Just take it one day at a time and don't let the bad ones get you down.

Anxiety eating is my thing. I totally feel ya. Just remember to hop back on the wagon fast as to not lose the progress you have made both physically and mentally!
