I am Back..... Last couple of week have been kinda busy and I have not been keeping up with my diet the way I should and it shows with only a 1 Pound loss. I am goingt try better over the next while
282.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
