I gained a pound after the alcohol I drank Saturday night. 2 mojitos that I watered down with my count free meal of the week, which I had with buffalo wings and vinegar base slaw. I know I should limit the alcohol on my free meal too, it's just so hard to say no after the first glass. Back to carb counting I go.
