Well...weights stayed the same for 3 days now...maybe my scale is broken...lol. No exercise today, it was the first day of my new job and I wanted to make sure nothing made me late. I need to figure out a time to exercise...
153.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
