Isn't it wierd how good it makes you feel? It takes some degree of motivation to get going but once you see the results it takes on a life of its own.

eating like a pig can be soooo much fun BUT seeing my feet is also fun lmao !!! so I gotta put the muzzle on my eating habits ha ha ... I'm cool with it. I don't feel deprived or the "I wish I could have this" feeling ... I went on vacation, happy to be home on plan
