Hellz yeah! After 3 months of staying at the same weight, I am down 2 more lbs. My body has changed and I have gained muscle from working with kettlebells. My clothes fit better and I'm 1 size smaller...almost 2...and my body is leaner.
Around the holidays, I did eat stuff that I normally wouldn't have, stuff that I didn't need or really want, but being the holidays, it was everywhere and I'm just not fully disciplined at this point-so I ate some crappy food.
The new year was where I drew the line. I have been eating clean (except for 2 slips) and eating when I'm hungry. I feel better with my food choices and better because of them.
I also started a kettlebell challenge for the month on January. 10,000 swings in 30 days. I have 1,100 under my belt right now and I'm behind if I'm to look at a daily average of 333 a day.
The food and challenge are probably why has kicked it back into gear for me. I'm understanding some things better and looking at some things differently.
I will NOT put these 2 lbs back on. I will continue to do what I'm doing and reap the rewards!!
Something I read that has stuck in my mind and helped tremendously: If you eat the way you always ate, you will look the way you have always looked....or something like that. But that one sentence puts it into perspective for me.
