Even though it's only .6 lb., it's still fun to see the digits change on the scale! And I changed from red to orange!! Even after I had a pancake with breakfast yesterday (which really wasn't as good as I anticipated, but maybe will help keep the "bread" craving away for a while!) Onward and upward! Oops, onward and downward!!!!!
