want to eat so badly. want so badly to ignore the truth, that I'm "tapped". want to pretend that I can have whatever I want whenever I want & it won't be bad for me. want to remain in denial. want to pretend that it doesn't matter anymore. want to believe that it won't be hard anymore. it's hard today. I have in finally at midnight. that's a half truth. want to believe that other parts of my life will automatically be in order b/c I was disciplined for a time. don't want to face the truth. It still matters, and more brightly, every day I complete on track is a success of process even if I never lose another pound or reap another benefit from it.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
