The truth is I have been overeating. the truth is I've fallen pretty to the abundance of sweets. the truth is I seem to think that my appearance makes a difference in the way I am perceived. my appearance should not make a difference in who I am.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
