A slight set back over the Easter Holiday. I just had to sample what the Easter Bunny brought. Seriously kids in town and too much eating out and a ham dinner Sunday did me in. I take responsibility. No one forced me to indulge. OK back at it this week with portion control, water intake, and hitting my step goal.

Just a blip, you'll be back down quickly. No one has ever forced me to indulge, lol. I've done that quite readily all on my own. Many times. But not today. :)

Its never a straight line from the start to your goal. Just so long as we just keep on getting back to the plan, we all eventually get there.
