Went to Fun Slides today. It was fun and quite a workout. Lately been wondering if I could do different exercise & make it count. Been wondering if I could do intense exercise to speed up the process of weight loss or to help ensure results. Been thinking about compromising in other areas too. Need wisdom. Just remembering that I not only want to adhere to a slow, steady, doable program, but also protect my back. Feel like I could do more, but party of me is taking me not to.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
