met someone else counting calories only. she also found that by eating stupid stuff you used a lot of calories, got little energy, and later felt hungry. I felt full before after each meal, ate snacks to make up rest of calories, now not sure if hungry or full. don't want body to think it's starving.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
