Hi Zen, still here, weighing daily and logging my food. Had a day yesterday that included sugar and 5 pieces of toast. Today's weigh-in was pretty severe - up 3.6 lb from yesterday, which brings the total gain from breaking fast two days ago to 6 lb 😵💫 None of this was compulsive. It was all resulting from conscious choices. There is no overarching feeling of defeat or failure. I still am not interested in cutting out wheat. My plan is to eat what I want within reason and attain/maintain goal weight with fasting. This is a really big bounce.

Doing well! Actually had a tiny loss this morning on the tail of "maintenance RDI" day. Am really eager to see what happens with the scale this week 🙂 Yeah, Mindy Pelz has great energy. I am going to be soaking up a lot of Boz and Pelz this week. 🙂

For me, cutting out wheat was the single most important change I ever made. Mostly mental and it killed the cravings. Killed the blues.
