Yet another shit week. My period is moering me over here but today I will workout with this two day old headache. Have a happy weekend folks.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb. Still to go: 35.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.8 lb a week
