After cheesy-sausage pasta-bake for tea, followed by a massive slice of chocolate cheesecake with chocolate sauce, I'm a little surprised 😂 I did eat well the rest of the day though, and was still under my cals. Fat and sugar don't tend to affect me much, my enemies are salt, carb-overload, garlic and onion.
