It happens to me too but I just LOVE to eat. PERIOD! I'm a true carb addict.
Stressed, sad, happy, calm - it doesn't matter.
I'm currently working on losing weight I gained lounging around recovering from shoulder surgery.
Let's just focus on 1 day at a time😁

Ok so you lost some ground the last few months but you can and will get it back. All you young warrior mamas have my admiration. Your little one is so precious and the time goes by SO fast. Mine is out of college now! The future you will be grateful you got back on track now. Blessings to you!

I stray sometimes too and have to regroup. I always feel better when I eat on plan. I bet you do too.

we all call off sometimes but it's not a race it's a stroll til we reach out goal. I'm a foodie too I love trying out foods from around the world, plus I'm an emotional eater. I took the time to see what my calorie intake looked like when I was eating mindlessly...5100cals a day!! And I wonder y I gained 65 of my 94lbs back...

...took advantage of the Noom trial to learn somethings now I am better for it. 3 weeks in and down 4lbs.. maintaining 1230-1650cals a day and walking 1/5 twice a week.. losing .5-1.5lbs a week🥰...I love food so I just plan ahead and make better choices
