Been struggling for the past few weeks. Fibromyalgia pain has been worse. Probably due to crazy weather changes. Thought I was doing better. Drinking more water, calories below target, started with 5# dumbbells some days, moving more, sleeping more. Looking back over the last few days, Sodium has been really high. Had smoked sausage and kraut, and BBQ pork ribs with onion rings and baked beans. Hopefully this is water retention.
