Reached my 10kg!!!!!! So excited. Finally! To the next 10kg :) Currently im counting calories, eating low carb, low sugar and do yoga about 5 times a week. Any suggestions on how to speed up the weight loss?
202.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
