So disappointed... how can I be up?
125.9 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely water, usually when you’re about to drop fat, the cell fill with water before you get the whoosh effect. Expect a good drop ☺️
