Still off work sick. Hopefully this continued weightloss is more fat than muscle 🤔
136.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1307 kcal Fat: 49.46g | Prot: 56.83g | Carb: 153.24g.   Breakfast: Tea with Milk, Betta Milk, Strawberries , Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits. Lunch: Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, The Spice Tailor Classic Butter Chicken, Cooked Mushrooms, Chicken Breast, Basmati Rice (Cooked). Dinner: Corn, Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Broccoli , Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Toast with Vegemite, Chocolatier Mixed Selection, Betta Milk, Uncle Tobys Cheerios, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). more...
