Wow, that was unexpected! Last year's "teaching-from-home whilst home-schooling" weight officially gone.
139.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 July 2021:
1180 kcal Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 52.00g | Carb: 120.22g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Milk, Blueberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits. Lunch: Lindt 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark Chocolate, Milk, Sam's Pantry Quick Oats Original. Dinner: Green's Roast Meat Gravy, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat) , Cooked Beetroot (from Fresh), Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Red Rooster Roast Pumpkin (one), Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Yorkshire Pudding. Snacks/Other: Blueberries , Woolworths Baby Spinach & Rocket Leaves, Carrots , Cheddar Cheese, Cobs Sea Salt Popcorn. more...
