Hey all, been doing Keto for 1 week solid and have lost 2kgs.
Pretty chuffed with that.
The keto plan seems to be sustainable for me and easy to stick to. So onwards and upwards peeps.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
