Weigh-in: had some junk food this week; ramen yesterday so high sodium day; *sigh*
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 3/7 days YTD: 42.9% (36/84days) Grey snowy days really mess with my motivation.
No Junk Food: 4/7 days YTD: 57.1% (48/84days) Super strong chocolate/sugar cravings this week!
*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
Life update: back to decluttering! This process has been very emotional for me tbh. Good news: all my recent health exams have had normal results! Woohoo!
