Didn't eat much yesterday after having a bit of a sore tummy since Saturday evening. Could this be my body telling me I'm eating too much and need to realise that my stomach's now smaller so I don't need that much food? Last night - where I'd usually eat an entire Real Deal pizza from Debonairs - I only had 2 slices - and it was more than enough! And no dessert at all - strange!!! Didn't feel well enough to exercise this morning yet, but I did 30 minutes on Saturday morning and I'll do my hour this evening - feel much better now!
