Down 20 lbs now from my recent start-over date!! 9 weeks in and 20 lbs lighter! So excited!! My goal for this week is to kick the 180's to the curb and move on down to the 170s!! I haven't exercised in several days so I will start that up again today. I always do great on the workouts at the beginning of the week, but towards the end I lose steam. So I am committing to 4 days of workouts this week.
I have 4 more weeks until our mini-trip to see my family. I really hope to be at 170 by then. My initial goal was to be at 160 by then but I would have needed to lose 3 lbs each week and I knew that was aiming high when I set that goal. But I am happy with my results so far and will be very content to reach 170 by then instead.
