Lennie...er...Lonnie, was Jose involved in that 2 lb. gain (...says Girth as he stumbles with scotch and water over ice in one hand and the phone in the other)?

Unfortunately, no! I didn't have any tequila this time, Les, but I wish I had. It would have made the gain worth it. This time I think it was a combination of having salty ham yesterday and less exercise. I think the sodium in the ham retained some water. Also, my knees have been hurting a little bit, so in order to give them a break I didn't walk nearly as far as I have been. I think the combination worked against me. I may have problems with tomorrow's weigh-in too, because today I haven't walked at all. I stuck to my eating plan though, so we'll see what happens in the morning.

HA HA! If I show a gain tomorrow, you'll know what happened. I turned into the "Elvis" of bad decisions.
Take time to mend so that you can get back out there.

Elvis?? I'm a big Elvis fan, Les. You can't go wrong with that decision. Enjoy that scotch, buddy! 😊

Thanks, everybody. My knees are a bit better today, but still not 100%, bearnoggin. I was able to do a 2.7 mile walk this morning, but I think that'll be it for the day. I usually go much further, but I don't want to push it. Thanks so much for your concern.

2.7 is great in my book Lonnie!!! I have knee trouble too and would be hard pressed to go that far! Have a great day!!!
