You're the third person to tell me I should write a book about it, One, and Kevin is pushing me real hard to do it. I've been thinking about it, but I'm not sure. I think FatSecret makes my diet plan pretty easy to be on, but it's hard to stick to because I only average around 1,000 calories per day when I'm doing it. I don't think most people would be able to do it. I also thought about, what if I write a book and someone tries it and hurts themselves? I'd feel awful. I also don't feel like an expert. I'm sure there are lots of people out there that know more about nutrition and weight-loss than I do. My plan is different though. I've never heard of anyone using the nutrient counting approach that I did, and I got all my nutrient target information from the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association, which are run by doctors. My plan really works too, and so fast. Kevin says all my concerns can be covered in a disclaimer, so ... I guess I have some writing to do.
