It's the weekend so I got a few house things to do . Some minor cleaning and picking up a used/new BBQ grill which will be nice to have again . For some reason this type of exercise isn't as fun as if I went to a gym ..does that make sense? What's everyone up to today anything good?
375.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 205.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you use your grill? Sounds like some projects getting done! I grilled some tri tip today that was fun

@anna c.Gus we have to update the tanks the one's that came with them are too old ..but can't wait to have grilled food again
