Außerhalb des Studios mache Ich gar keine Übungen. Also nur mit Geräten 🤷🏿♂️

Ah gut. 🌼 Zugübungen wie Klimmzüge, Schräghang-Klimmzüge und so (oberer Rücken) mach ich auch. Brauch jedoch mehr Übungen für den unteren Rücken.
