Kitchen scaled died several days ago. Tried to measure approximately, but kept loosing track :/ lesson learned - the more I use scales the more effectively I move towards my goals
136.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
