211.4 lbs. My wife and I are taking friends to a new restaurant called The Black Hog for dinner, by the name it sounds like there won't be a problem getting a low carb meal there. I plan to fast until dinner, and then enjoy a nice seasonal ale later tonight as a treat.

Haha - I should read comments first. I just googled it. Yeah, BBQ. Totally keto if you can avoid the potato salad & coleslaw and I'm sure you did. I'm writing about the past. I think I got too much sleep last night.
