I had a strange weight loss this morning, almost 2 lbs, but was busy yesterday & didn’t eat much. The double gym Day & “hard” or intense massage was the most likely reasons!! The sciatic pain that has been around for nearly a month, told me to have someone work on it . I barely survived the massage!! She found the “spot” on both sides.....
Powerful Saturday & yes, forced myself back to the Gym. I did a few extra stretches to help increase the blood flow.
Trainer went nuts this morning & all of Burned over 800+ Cals in 70 minutes!!🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
