Went a little up today. But no stress. I have seen this pattern repeating itself every time. I will measure myself tonight. Always helps me to push through a weight-loss Plateau 🙈🌺🎉
167.1 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
