Last week went great. I walked the stairs for 30 mins during lunch at work 3 days and I did 1 hr 20 mins of cardio on Saturday. But this was a different story Monday and Tuesday night were both big slurges. And while I ate great during the day, I did not walk the stairs once or work out after work. So I've only lost 2lbs thus far instead of my goal of 3-4. That being said, I'm eating clean most of the time, sleeping well, and feeling pretty good.
