The key thing about The 28DD, I minimum of 5hour fasting between meals (water obviously allowed). Haha I am following this rule strictly now. I see the difference 👌🏼👌🏼
177.5 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
