Today is my third day. I feel a bit better. I read the guidelines of the diet, again. I can consume 450ml (container) of food. Much more than I ate the last two days. So I will up my portion size.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
