I am expecting this month's weigh-in to be... not ideal. This month, we moved and I started a new job. Everything is in flux, and I am getting used to all the changes. Suffice to say, I haven't gotten back into logging food yet and my fitness has temporarily decreased to one yoga session a week. I can already feel that I lost muscle mass. Perhaps I may have gained some fat as well. Let's see how I faired...
Monthly numbers:
Last month: March 2018 Weight 157.5 lbs Body Fat 38 %
This month: April 2018 Weight 157.5 lbs Body Fat 38 %
No change!! Wow, that is surprising. And, it's good news. I feared I had gained. Phew!!!

marshakanady, thank you for the note on encouragement. I am fighting the urge to throw in the towel every day. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I don't. I'm hoping for more wins as I get used to everything. Again, thank you!

smprowett, you have no idea how much I want that bikini body! I have an out-of-country beach trip in the summer and need to get focused for that. This has to subside soon so I can get back to my muscles.

amandakane1, I sure do. I love my job, and I feel so blessed to be doing the work I do. And the home is good. It's slowly coming today. Things are still scattered but my partner and I are able to work on it on weekends. Eventually it will feel more lived in. I do like it, and I am sure we will love it as it comes together.
