Yep, same here. I have lost only ten pounds in two months, but it is a loss! Before keto, every loss was followed by a slightly larger gain. Now, I lose continually!

Oh, DCFaz! You lost 13 pounds in two weeks and you are frustrated? I lost 10 pounds in 12 weeks, and I am ecstatic! You see, as a diabetic, any sustained loss brings celebration! What diet are you on? Have you been following it faithfully? How much do you need to lose? How old are you? All of those answers will affect how you lose weight.
