I have officially lost another pound. I wish Id lose it faster but I think this time, my weight loss will stick. Rather lose it slow and steady than lose a whole bunch and gain it back lol.

Congrats, Smash. I agree with you--every week I would LOVE to see some sort of huge weight loss to make this process go faster but I truly believe that the slow, steady weight loss is best for me, too. I feel like it's because I'm implementing small changes that are becoming part of my lifestyle and will be maintainable versus times that I've lost a lot more each week but was changing too much at once and was never able to sustain in the long run. I just like to think that we are turtles ...slow and steady wins the race. Congrats on your loss and have a great week!
