APPLE DAY ROCKS! I was about to be on a plateau. After 2 days and 3 weigh ins at the same weight, I did 5 apples all day yesterday (even at the movies)! Today I am 1.4 pounds lighter!!!! Like I said APPLES + HCG ROCK!

Hi there! You are doing great! Send me your email and I will send you a copy of Pounds and Inches. Here is an excerpt from Dr. Simeon's "Pounds and Inches": "break up the plateau. This can be done in two ways. One is a so-called “apple day”. An apple-day begins at lunch and continues until just before lunch of the following day. The patients are given six large apples.."

Thanks! my email is Kgbingo@gmail.com... suppose I could just buy the book :) but honest efforts seem more believeable. . I cant believe all the flak Starglow is taking!! This seems like an effective diet. Not for everyone thats for sure but- sheesh, why knock whats working for someone else?!
